Quiche Lorraine





 
Made milkshake too. :P

Missed school yesterday.... Which was nice. Stayed home and made lunch for bro and sis and tried baking Quiche Lorraine. I have never heard of it before. I got the recipe from my huge kitchenaid recipe book. It says its "a specialty of Alsace-Lorraine region of France, this quiche is made from a crisp, shortcrust pastry filled with an egg, cheese and bacon mixture." I added some chicken ham too. lol. It's pretty nice! Hope you liked the photos and give it a thumbs up below! :D

Quiche definition : A baked flan or tart with a savory filling thickened with eggs.
