August 2012 Favourites

Loads of YouTubers/makeup gurus does Monthly Favourites. I find it very interesting and helpful. So I feel like doing it every month too! Monthly favourites are obviously, what products or food and so on that I hyped/favourited this month. Here are my August Favourites. I hope it helps you somehow.

Favourite face product of the month is : Soap and Glory, Scrub Your Nose In It. (RM39)

The first product that I absolutely am excited to share is this Facial Scrub/mask from Soap and Glory! I absolutely LOVE this. I got it back in July when I went to KL from Sephora! This had helped improving my skin so much I love it to death! This showed obvious results on my skin. I get breakouts occasionally only and not really huge ones unless it's that time of the month. This product is awesome. Just plain awesome. I HIGHLY recommend people with problemed skin to try it out! I use this once a day, everyday.

So sorry to say that you cannot get this in Penang. Only from Sephora. So, if you would like to try it out, do let me know and I can help you get a hand of it when I restock it! 

 

Favourite Shower product : has got to be of course, Pantene Nature Care Shampoo and Conditioner!

Now these 2 products are kinda random.

Oral-B Crossaction Pro-Health Toothbrush in Medium!

Yes. a Toothbrush. Not a monthly favourite actually. it's a Forever favourite! Been using this toothbrush since the day it came out! at least 2 years I think. Love this toothbrush. It's so comfortable. Doesn't hurt at all! You can get it in any pharmacy or supermarket! duh.

Glade Nature's Infusions air freshener in Garden Retreat! (RM9.90)

Haha. I know. An air freshener as a monthly favourite is so funny. But this seriously smells so so good! Some of you may or may not like it, but I personally love it! It kinda smells like The Body Shop! You know they have a kind of smell in their shops? I think this smells kind of like that! LOVE. You can go have a smell of it if you see one!

This month newly found food favourite is: Kellogg's Froot Loops!

They are amazing! They are kind of too sweet, yet tasty. Especially with Cold Milk! YUMS. Do try it! 

Favourite thing Purchased this month is : 

My Forever21 2 finger ring with the word OUI (it means yes in french). (RM15/10) I forgot.

I absolutely LOVE it! Lost it for awhile, but I found it again! Wearing it everyday. It's such a great ring that matches with almost everything!

Favourite App of the month is : BIG DAY LITE! and INSTAGRAM. duhh.

Suddenly remembered a dance VJ Holly made with this song. so funny. amazingly her dance suits this song so well. Currently listening to this. It's stuck in my head. 

I am so tired. just woke up at 8pm after an afternoon nap. and I have tuition at 8:30pm. rush to bathe because as a filthy person like me, I had my "afternoon nap" in my school uniform. After bathing, I had to cook myself an egg for my sandwich as my dinner(which wasn't enough.duh.). rush to the car, had my sandwich on the way and ended up not going to tuition as I was kinda too late due to the horrible jam caused by the Wednesday night market. What a tiring night. complaining cause I think I am pms-ing.

Don't you find teachers so judgmental? annoying.

Starving now. off to cook myself a packet of Maggie, berperisa Ayam. My fave (:

August School Holiday Favourites

My Holiday was okay. I can't say I had the most fun, but I also can't complain that it was awful. Some days were... kinda boring. But I had loads of movies to watch. So it was okay. This holiday I started watching Lord Of The Rings which is amazing! Can't believe I never watch it before. Maybe I did when I was younger. But I just don't remember. Going to watched LOTR 3 later. Don't really want to watch it because it's the last one and I don't want to watch it so soon. But at the same time I'm excited for the last one. urgghhh.... 

During the previous holiday, I did my holiday favourties. posted my favourite pictures from the holiday. This time, I am kinda lazy. And there isn't much nice photos. I apologize. Went out with Mommy and Bro for Makan, bowling and Archery(Which was awful because the people there kept on correcting me annoyingly. I just wanted to go there to have some fun. not to train to be in Hunger Games. The last time I went there, it wasn't like that. hmph.) today. The last day of the holidays.

Woops | Holidays day 10

I am so not doing well in this blogging everyday thing. Actually I had a long and amazing day today. But... I didn't bring my camera out. And I do not know why I didn't. seriously. I have no idea why. So sad. Went to 1st Avenue with my sis this afternoon for The Young Designer Art Carnival by The One Academy Penang. They will still be there tomorrow! Do check them out! So many stuffs to buy. there really is a lot. ._. Then Red Box after that with the sis. Regret gao gao not bringing my camera out. sigh. oh well! I will NOT forget to bring my camera out tomorrow! Fingers crossed that tomorrow will be a great day! :)

Nobody wants the shoe? Seriously? fine. :(

Sorry | Holidays day 9

I apologize for a not having a nice day. Haha. right. anyways. I spent my day watching RIO (which was Amazing!), LOTR (I've only watched part 1, which was 3h58m long and it is amazing as well!), Iron Man 1, and Transformers. All in a day. Movie day again. hah.

It was a gathering with my Form 3 classmates today.

Not much photos from today. I feel bad. sorry. Watched Premium Rush which was kinda exciting! Saw the trailer a couple of times before watching a YouTube Video. You know, the ads? yeah. Everything happened in a day(in the movie). and the dude really can ride a bike. seriously. no jokes. ;)

Been having bad eating habits during this holiday. My skin's condition isn't really good right now. :\

That's all... for today. Need to go to bed now. Going Air Itam for breakfast with my grandparents tomorrow morning.

Movie day | Holidays day 7

Nothing much today. Watched Batman 2/falls/i forgot the name. Sound of Music which was really nice as always. If you have never heard of it or watch it, please do. Gentlemen prefer Blondes starring Marilyn Monroe. She acts as a dumb blonde. LOL. so dumb. And MegaMind after dinner! All 4 movies were really really nice. :D That's basically all. 

Mommy made this omelet with bak hu inside while we were watching Batman. It was nice. Though kinda disturbing as I was watching Two Faced. :S

Watched Sound of Music halfway and they had Entr'acte. Which means : The interval between two acts of a theatrical performance. Because the movie was 3 hours long, they had this so that we could have potty breaks. LOL. it's called potty breaks right? ._.

So yeah. That was basically my day. Can't believe it's Wednesday already. Time flies huh. :\ How did you spend your day?? 

Not sure if I'm going out with my friends tomorrow. ._. Not sure...

BBQ | Holidays day 6

Went to Aun's place for BBQ which he had planned since i don't know when. We had fun. had food. and some got... wet. Love Barbecuing for some reason. weird. I'm so tired right now... can't really think straight. here are some photos. And I'm uploading the video later. MAD LOVE THE VIDEO WEIH. Can't wait to show y'all! :D
